I found Prolec Electrical and Air Conditioning to be very professional in their approach when quoting to service my mother's Breezeair Evaporative Air Conditioning unit. They turned up on time and provided updates as to the condition of the unit and provided extra quotes for other work that needs to be completed. In addition to this on the 12th Feb 26 they have installed new ceiling registers x 5 and also arranged one of their electricians to install 3 new ceiling fans with lights that my husband and I had bought. Alex and Hunter arrived on time and did a great job of identifying the problem with our air conditioning, explaining it clearly, and making recommendations for how we could resolve it that wouldn’t cost much, along with changes to the system that will be quoted and finally sharing some ideas for how we can maintain the system for years to come.
The Prolec guys replaced my reverse cycle air conditioning system - both outdoor unit and unit in roof space (on the second story). Managed to get the unit into an insanely tight roof cavity and even fixed up some leftover issues from the original builder install. Nice to deal with and polite install crew who finished the job with minimum fuss. Highly recommend

The guys came and worked as a team. Taking out 2 wall heaters, the stove and a 2 tank jot water service, replacing it with 2 new Reverse cycle air conditioning units, a new stove and hot water service. Came 7am and finished at 3pm. Took away all the appliances, plastered up the walls and painted it. Great guy's polite and friendly.. A brilliant team working together getting it done. Highly recommended them

The prolec guys have been fantastic from the outset. Kept to times stated they will be there. Assisted with all the government rebate paperwork. They were in and out in a day after fitting off 5 wall units and the new compressor . Their workman ship was outstanding and they were more than willing to assist with what was probably not a normal installation in order to hide most of the pipe work. I've engaged Prolec and Pete a few years ago to do a large job to wire my workshop with 15 amp ceiling drops and few other jobs around my house, and what a job they did. I was super pleased in the result, with just a couple of holes cut for access and one of the boys even cut one of those access holes in a way that you could throw a downlight straight into it. That forethought is not something folks naturally have and you just know this has been taught while on the the job with the more senior Prolec electricians.Since then, I've engaged them on a few large jobs, including putting in new ducted heating/system and wiring a new TV/surround system. I've met about 10 members of the Prolec team, and they are all super professionals even when the boss isn't watching.Pete has great followup after jobs and makes sure everything is working well, and when it isn't, is persistent until it is.I recommend Prolec wholeheartly, no pressure, just options, solutions and great results.
