1 week turnaround from calling to diagnose a non-functioning Samsung split system, turning up and ultimately replacing the unit with a new better quality Mitsubishi system.Very happy. Alex was polite, accommodating and did a super nice install.

Anthony from Prolec did a fantastic job of fixing a long standing, intermittent problem with our light circuits. He was very thorough and made sure things were right when he left. He returned to replace our hall down lights and did a great job with that as well.Highly recommend him and the Prolec team, who we've been using for a number of years now (shout out to Harley here too). Highly recommend. So first I called them with my problem, I had hit a line going to the property when using the moving van. They admitted that they most likely didn't have time to see me today and it would be best to call other electricians, this alone would have given them a 5 star recommendation, however the tradie said he would have a quick look on the way to his job and direct me to whom I need to call, he arrived, he was very professional and told me that I had hit the telephone line, oops on my part but it's not the major emergency my anxiety told me it was.
