1 week turnaround from calling to diagnose a non-functioning Samsung split system, turning up and ultimately replacing the unit with a new better quality Mitsubishi system.Very happy. Alex was polite, accommodating and did a super nice install.

Highly recommend. So first I called them with my problem, I had hit a line going to the property when using the moving van. They admitted that they most likely didn't have time to see me today and it would be best to call other electricians, this alone would have given them a 5 star recommendation, however the tradie said he would have a quick look on the way to his job and direct me to whom I need to call, he arrived, he was very professional and told me that I had hit the telephone line, oops on my part but it's not the major emergency my anxiety told me it was.
